Carol Ann Carter

Carol Ann has been a licensed real estate agent since 2014. She is originally from Grenada, MS and has resided in the Jackson and Madison areas for over 40 years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi. Carol Ann is a former teacher, stay-at-home mom and business owner.

Carol Ann is married to Jeff and they have two sons, Wilkes and Jordan, and one grandson. She is an active member at Christ United Methodist Church where she sings in the Sanctuary choir and is active in United Methodist Women.  She volunteers with the Junior League of Jackson Sustainer Group in Joyful Noise, an outreach group that performs at local retirement homes.  

Carol Ann brings years of excellent customer service oriented skills as well as integrity, professionalism and enthusiasm to her clients in real estate.  In order to better serve her clients, she has earned the designations of Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
