Janice Guckert

Janice has been a full-time REALTOR® and one of Central Misissippi's top real estate professionals since 2002. In 2018, she was chosen as REALTOR™ of the Year for Central Mississippi. She got her Broker's license in 2008 and opened Guckert Realty Group, LLC in 2009. In an effort to better serve YOU, Janice has earned the designations of Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) and Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI).

Janice has always been active in her church and local community as well as in the REALTOR® community. She served as a Director and Treasurer for the MLS Board of Directors, the local and state Professional Standards & Grievance Committees, MAR Standard Forms Advisory Committee, and was chosen for LMAR Leadership Class of 2012 and is in the MARPAC Hall of Fame. 

Janice grew up in Columbus, MS and Frankfort, KY. She and her husband Chris have 3 daughters, Jennifer, Natalie and Kimberly and 2 grandchildren. She has lived in the Metro-Jackson area for over 50 years, previously living in Rankin and Hinds counties and currently residing in Madison.
